According to my records, the Bagram Air Force Base Round Table was established in the summer of 2007. A brief from the July 2007 issue of “Military Knights in Action” announces the formation of the round table:

New Round Table
Members of the Bagram Air Force Base Round Table in Parvan, Afghanistan, met for the first time following the establishment of the Order’s first presence in that country. The Bagram Round Table, sponsored by Msgr. Robert D. Goodill and St. Luke Council 11229 in Erie, Pa., joins several other military round tables that have broken ground in the Middle East.

One month later, a report appeared about Knights in Arizona raising funds for a banner for the new round table:

Banner for RT
District Deputy John E. Kinnane of Arizona District 27 rallied his grand knights to raise funds for a K of C banner for the Bagram Air Force Base Round Table in Parvan, Afghanistan. The request for the banner came from Bob Speltz, a member of Mary Magdalene Council 13779 in Gilbert and a soldier in the 158th Infantry. The Bagram Air Force Base Round Table is the only K of C unit in Afghanistan.

Finally, in September 2007, a photo of the banner appeared after it had been shipped to Afghanistan.

The Knights also have on display the banner that was donated to them by councils in Arizona District 27.

In November 2007, the newsletter featured a photo of a First Degree exemplification hosted by the round table.

As far as I can tell, these are all the reports received from the round table in 2007.

In February 2008, I received a photo from Father Joseph Orlandi. While the photo and report do not explicitly involve the Bagram Round Table, the photo does take place at the air base.

Father Joseph Orlandi of St. Michael the Archangel Council 13060 in Paterson, N.J., lights the Advent candles at the Enduring Faith Chapel at the Bagram Air Force Base in Parvan, Afghanistan. At the request of servicemen stationed at the base, Padre Pio Council 10754 in Great Falls, Va., began sending incense and candles to the chapel for use during services. The council also held a series of pancake breakfasts to purchase a monstrance and holy water fonts. Father Orlandi is a longtime supporter of the Knights and was instrumental in forming the Camp Victory Round Table in Iraq, along with Lt. Col. Nicholas Scopellite.

Apart from this photo, I received no other reports related to the Bagram Round Table in 2008, nor did I receive any reports in 2009 or 2010. However, the round table was mentioned in a feature article that appeared in the July 2010 issue of “Military Knights in Action.”
